Payment Instructions: Payment will be collected using the credit card on file with Proxibid the following business day at the close of auction. If payment is unable to be collected due to a declined card it is the responsibility of the winning bidder to contact Pacific Northwest Auction Service to arrange payment with a different credit card. If payment is not collected within 10 business days, Pacific Northwest Auction Service will delete the winning bidders invoice and the bidder will not be allowed to bid with Pacific Northwest Auction Service during future auctions. The bidder will also be reported to Proxibid and may not be allowed to bid in any future auctions held with Proxibid.

Shipping Instructions: We are open Wed-Sun 10am - 4pm for item pick-up. For special requests regarding shipping or pick-up times, please contact us at 360-880-0231. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping & handling costs. Handling fees shall vary depending on the size, shape, fragility and weight of item. Buyer will be responsible to have a crating & hauling company for items like furniture & larger items or any items needing special or unique shipping. All other/small items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx, etc. All items must be removed from the premises within 10 days of auction ending or buyer will forfeit ownership of the item without refund.
